Consultation and Delivery

The Group employs an intensive search methodology in the identification and recruitment of candidates.  Before we can even begin to match a candidate that meets our clients’ requirements, we take the time to develop a clear understanding of all the aspects of a search project.  We then conduct a comprehensive search to locate the best candidates who can be attracted for the position our client wishes to fill.  During the search various sources of information are utilized in order to achieve this goal.  Our team interviews and evaluates candidates objectively, and verifies their records, qualifications, and reputation with thorough reference checking.  Our firm assists the client with the interviewing of candidates and provides counseling during the negotiations between client and candidate.  Finally, we assist the chosen candidate in his or her separation from the current employer and provide follow-up during the period when he or she settles into the new position.
